On September 18, VII International Forum of Technological Development TECHNOPROM-2019 opened.
At the official opening ceremony Aleksandr Zhukov, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation noted that the Forum is one of the most reputable platforms where opinions are exchanged and joint solutions are made by representatives of industry, science, education, authorities and business.
“At the Forum, significant attention shall be paid to implementation of “Science”, “Digital Economy”, “Small and Medium Entrepreneurship” and “International Cooperation and Export” national projects”, Aleksandr Zhukov said.
Sergey Menyaylo, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Siberian Federal District pointed out that modern life requires technological breakthrough. “There are such problems, we can solve them, however we understand that we can solve them solely together, in cooperation and at our own levels”, Sergey Menyaylo explained.
At the ceremony, Andrey Travnikov, Governor of the Novosibirsk Region said that the interest to the TECHNOPROM was always high as confirmed by the number of registered Forum participants: as of the opening ceremony, according to the Governor, more than 8,500 participants are registered.
“For your information, it is five times more than the number of participants at the first TECHNOPROM. This fact is quite important and very pleasant. Moreover, a very significant topic is specified at TECHNOPROM-2019: we shall discuss urgent tasks, actually, super tasks: how to accelerate scientific and technological development, how to ensure cooperation between all the participants in order to accomplish the task: the science, industry, business, authorities”, Andrey Travnikov pointed out.
Vladimir Semashko, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, of the Republic of Belarus to the Russian Federation, Andrey Shimkiv, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk Region, Anatoly Lokot, Mayor of Novosibirsk, Vladimir Gorodetsky, member of the Federation Council, Valentin Parmon, Chairman of the Siberian Branch of RAS, Vyacheslav Shport, member of the Board of the Military-Industrial Commission of the Russian Federation and Albina Nikkonen, Director, Russian Venture Capital Association (RVCA) also took part in the opening ceremony.
On September 20, VII International Forum and Exhibition of Technological Development TECHNOPROM-2019 ended. More than 90 activities took place as part of the business program. For the last seven years amount of activities has increased fivefold: this year there were 8,500 visitors from 25 countries. 257 representatives of the press from 126 mass media gave coverage to the Forum and exhibition. 23 cooperation agreements were signed in the press center of the Forum. 70 stands were presented at the exhibition with the same name.More details
Technoprom-2019 International Forum was finished with a plenary session called “Talents and Opportunities”. Representatives of businesses, government agencies, scientists, as well as winners of different school competitions discussed whether talented people have opportunities and whether it is possible to find opportunities without being talented.More details
During the round table called “How to Bring Scientific and Educational Centers to International Level”, Deputy Director of Public Scientific, Scientific and Technical and Innovation Policy Department of the Ministry Andrey Anikeyev informed that the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation plans to present development programs of the first five Russian scientific and education centers in Europe and Japan.More details
