1.1. Accreditation of media representatives for the event “Technoprom 2019” that will take place on September 18-20, 2019 in Novosibirsk Expo Centre (hereinafter referred to as the Event) is hold to:
1.2. Accreditation of media representatives is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation on Mass Media and these Rules to ensure successful and mutually beneficial cooperation, as well as to regulate the work of media representatives at the Event.
1.3. Media representative accreditation is obligatory for those who plan to work at all platforms of the Event.
1.4. Media representatives are required to respect the rights and legitimate interests of the participants and staff of the Event and accept the ethical norms.
2.1. Media accreditation applications can be submitted by the media agency registered with the Federal Supervisory Service for Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media, as well as by foreign mass media, registered in accordance with the relevant national legislation and accredited to the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
3.1. A “Press” pass/badge is issued to every journalist in person upon registration for the Event (at the Media Registration Counter); it certifies the journalist’s accreditation to the Event.
3.2. The “Press” pass/badge is valid for the entire period of the Event. No other accreditation cards and service certificates are valid at the Event.
3.2. The “Press” pass/badge is issued only after the following conditions:
3.3. The “Press” pass/badge does not give the right its holder to participate in the Events that require separate invitations, except press briefings.
3.4. Media representatives are admitted to closed events attended by the President and members of the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with a special procedure established by the appropriate division of the Executive Office of the President of the Russian Federation and the Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation.
3.5. The “Press” pass/badge must be worn so to be clearly visible whenever the journalist is on the Event’s premises.
4.1. Media accreditation applications are submitted online by filling in the interactive form on the official website of the Event.
4.2 Accreditation applications are accepted strictly within a prescribed period specified by the Organizer on the official website of the event in the Press Centre. In case of delay, the Organizer does not guarantee the accreditation.
4.3. All the fields of the accreditation form shall be filled; special attention should be paid to the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk.
4.4. If a representative of foreign media is not accredited at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, a letter should be sent to the Event press service in addition to the application. The letter should request accreditation of the journalist and should be on the media’s letterhead, signed by the media outlet’s director with an official seal affixed.
4.5. Accredited journalists are those who have received a personal accreditation confirmation from the Organizers of the event. The confirmation is sent to the media representative three days prior to the Event by e-mail to the address specified in the accreditation form.
5.1. Given the significant interest in the event demonstrated by the media and the limited infrastructural capacities of the Event venue, the number of media representatives who may participate in the Event is limited.
5.2. Accreditation quotas for media representatives:

5.4. Decisions on accrediting a media outlet’s technical staff (host broadcaster’s representatives, MSS and OB vehicle personnel, accredited media drivers, etc.) are made on a case by case basis and only pursuant to an official request from the media outlet and upon completion of the accreditation form.
5.5. Decisions on accrediting social media representatives (such as bloggers) are made on a case by case basis and only pursuant to an official request and upon completion of the accreditation form.
