On September 19, Governor of Novosibirsk Region Andrey Travnikov visited Technoprom-2019 where innovative regional and country-level companies represented their projects.
“Our region accumulated solid intellectual and scientific potential. So, it is an urgent issue for us to “build a bridge” between innovations and enterprises. Today, we are actively discussing this topic, including with federal experts, at the forum”, said Andrey Travnikov.
Andrey Travnikov visited the NEVZ Ceramics booth where a production technology of a ceramic knee-joint implant was demonstrated. This implant is actively used in the trauma surgery since it better survives and the period of its use is longer as compared to a metal implant.
The exhibit areas of Rospatent and VKO-Intellekt showed the Governor possibilities of patent analytics for strategic planning when creating innovations.
“Rospatent participates in the process of creating innovations in order to make a dialog with a science-based business aimed at forming a patent culture as a basis for the innovative development of Russia”, reported Rospatent’s representative.
The Tomsk Polytechnic University booth showed the Governor an all-mode real-time simulation complex of electric power systems. According to a main speaker, the equipment makes it possible to simulate electromagnetic transient processes on the unlimited time interval.
“The complex makes it possible to avoid errors that always occur during computer-based mathematic simulation”, noted the main speaker.
