On September 3, a press conference devoted to the VII International Forum and Exhibition of Technological Development TECHNOPROM-2019 was held in the press center of TASS (Telegraph Agency of Soviet Union, Novosibirsk). The forum and exhibition will take place on September 18–20 in International Exhibition Complex “Novosibirsk Expo Centre”.
Andrey Zhukov, the Deputy Governor of the Novosibirsk Region spoke about the forum preparation, program, main speakers, and participating companies. He explained: “The forum purpose is to facilitate the technological leadership of Russia due to the increase in the national and international cooperation in science and high technology, and the main part of the agenda will be devoted to discussing the course of implementation of national projects aimed at scientific and technological breakthrough development in the country”.
Technoprom business program includes more than 90 business activities with the participation of more than 500 speakers. 8,000 participants are expected, among them 12 foreign delegations with more than 100 foreign guests. The forum participants include representatives of the Republic of Belarus, Malaysia, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Republic of France, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of India, PRC, and FRG.
Among mutual activities with foreign partners, an international academic symposium of the Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences and National Academy of Sciences of Belarus called “Technologies of Higher Order”, dialogue of Russia and France “Industry of the Future: Digital Technologies as a Driver for the Development of Regional Industrial Facilities”, teleconference “International Cooperation of Russian Producers of Innovative and Nanotechnological Products with the Plants of the Republic of India”, discussion “Siberia – Mumbai: Open Dialog in the Innovation Cooperation”, round table “Korean-Russian Partnership. Program COOPERATION”, two activities of the Russian-Chinese business incubator for young people, plenary meeting “Partnership in the Field of High Technology. Cultural and Technological Patterns in SCO Area”, strategic session “Market of Creative Economies in Russia: Cultural and Scientific Potential. Cross-Cultural Interaction”.
Anatoly Kitsura, General Director of Business Dialogue, LLC, operating company of Technoprom-2019, shared the information on the site readiness. More than 70 companies will be presented at exhibition Technoprom-2019. And more than 2,500 people have applied so far for the participation in the forum and exhibition.
Technoprom satellite events will be Siberian Venture Fair and Siberian Forum "Industry of Information Systems” (SIIS). As Aleksey Vasiliev, the Minister of Science and Innovation Policy of the Novosibirsk region, pointed out, about 30 innovation companies from predominantly technology sectors will participate in the Siberian Venture Fair exposition, which specialize in such fields as biomedical technologies and individual medicine, nanotechnologies and new materials, informational and telecommunication technologies, robotic engineering technologies and energy preservation.
According to Anatoly Dyubanov, the Minister of Digital Development and Communication of the Novosibirsk region, the main topics of SIIS forum will be the development of IT-service export and information technologies for science and education. Round tables will be held devoted to the best export practices and intellectual property protection during international expansion, scientific research support developments will be presented, as well as developments in the scientific data analysis and IT-infrastructure for Akademgorodok 2.0 project.
On September 20, VII International Forum and Exhibition of Technological Development TECHNOPROM-2019 ended. More than 90 activities took place as part of the business program. For the last seven years amount of activities has increased fivefold: this year there were 8,500 visitors from 25 countries. 257 representatives of the press from 126 mass media gave coverage to the Forum and exhibition. 23 cooperation agreements were signed in the press center of the Forum. 70 stands were presented at the exhibition with the same name.More details
Technoprom-2019 International Forum was finished with a plenary session called “Talents and Opportunities”. During the round table called “How to Bring Scientific and Educational Centers to International Level”, Deputy Director of Public Scientific, Scientific and Technical and Innovation Policy Department of the Ministry Andrey Anikeyev informed that the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation plans to present development programs of the first five Russian scientific and education centers in Europe and Japan.More details
