"Bau Group” company shall show highly efficient technology of foundation at VII International Technological Development Exhibition TECHNOPROM-2019 at booth B 405.
Screw cone and spiral piles "BAU FOUNDATION” provide for foundation erection within tight time limits. The pile is screwed into the soil like a self-threading screw. Forged lance-shaped tip cuts the soil effortlessly, which helps the process of screwing in. Thin and narrow multi-spiral helix compacts the soil with moisture squeezing out in the interturn space, which provides for BAU piles successful resistance to frost heaving forces, creating soil compaction ("glass”) comparable with and even exceeding concrete foundation by its features. The helix provides high anchor and bearing capacities.
Application of BAU piles is very broad: low-rise construction, fences, pavilions, hangars, road signs, lighting column supports, supports of utilities, gas pipe line and ducts, etc.
